Due date calculator
Calculate a due date from a start date and payment term for simple invoice and payment planning.
Calculate due date
The weekend adjustment only checks Saturday and Sunday. It does not account for bank holidays, public holidays or other local exceptions.
Payment due dates
The due date calculator adds a payment term to a start date, such as an invoice date, and returns the resulting due date.
Weekend adjustment
If weekend adjustment is selected, a due date that lands on Saturday or Sunday is moved to the next weekday. The calculator does not know bank holidays, public holidays or country-specific legal payment rules.
Example
If an invoice date is 1 July and the payment term is 14 days, the simple due date is 15 July. If weekend adjustment is enabled and that date falls on a weekend, the date is moved to the next weekday.
Before using the date
Check the agreement, invoice terms and local rules when the due date has legal or financial consequences. The calculator is a planning tool, not a legal deadline checker.
Use it as a planning aid
Use the result as a simple date calculation. For binding payment terms, contracts or legal deadlines, check the relevant agreement and local rules.
