Controller and operator

Calculic is operated by Fluidified, a business registered in Finland. Finnish business ID: 2900573-7. Questions about privacy and personal data can be sent to [email protected].

Technical operation of the site

Calculic uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, DNS and security. When page requests are delivered, protected and debugged, ordinary technical data may be processed.

Technical data can include IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested page and security-related information.

This processing is based on Fluidified's legitimate interest in maintaining a functional and secure online service.

Calculator inputs

Calculators generally run in the user browser. Values entered into calculators are not normally stored in a Calculic database or sent to a separate Calculic backend for calculation.

Do not enter unnecessary personal data or sensitive information into calculators.

Settings stored in the browser

Calculic may store individual interface settings or calculator-specific choices in the browser when the user chooses to remember them or when storage is needed for a selected feature.

This can include the last visited Calculic page for the Continue card, the dismissed state of the save calculator prompt and calculator-specific local settings where available.

The Finnish conscription countdown calculator can store selected service options in localStorage on the Finnish site when the user chooses to remember them.

These values are stored on the user device and are not used for identifying the user, profiling, analytics or marketing.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Calculic uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to follow site usage and technical performance in aggregate form.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies, and the browser measurement does not use localStorage or sessionStorage.

Calculic does not use Google Analytics, AdSense, analytics cookies, advertising cookies or marketing cookies.

Email contact

Calculic does not have a contact form. Contact can be made by email to [email protected].

Personal data processing for email contact begins only when the user sends a message. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Clicking the email link alone does not send information to Calculic.

Service providers

Cloudflare participates in technical delivery, security, analytics and email routing. Microsoft email services may be used to handle and store received email messages.

Personal data is not sold or disclosed for marketing purposes.

Service providers may process data inside and outside the EU and EEA when required for their services, using applicable data protection safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on the situation, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
